Dutch Oven Cooking class, Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center

Luann Sewell Waters, outdoor educator, will teach a Dutch oven cooking class on Saturday, March 31, from 9 am to 4 pm. The class is designed to teach participants to cook in a Dutch oven in their own backyard. Waters will provide hands-on instruction for the care and cleaning of Dutch ovens along with meal prep and cooking. Each participant will join their classmates to cook a number of dishes to taste.
