Frontier Days Kids’ Camp, Will Rogers Birthplace Ranch

An event every day that begins at 8:30am, repeating until June 21, 2017
Children can experience the hard work of life on a nineteenth-century ranch in a fun learning environment June 19–21 at the Will Rogers Birthplace Ranch near Oologah. Children ages 5–12 can enjoy interactive learning and old-fashioned games between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm, ending the day with lunch under the shade trees at the ranch house where Will Rogers was born.
Activities will include a hayride around the ranch, Cherokee storytelling, a magician, historical interpreters with several unique presentations, and more. Each participant will take home a cowboy hat, t-shirt, bandana, a rope they will make, and other crafts. Participants must be registered by June 10 and can do so at www.willrogers.com/frontier-days-kids-camp or by calling 918-343-8118. The fee is $45 for nonmembers and $30 for members, and lunch is included. Space is limited.
