Oklahoma’s Endangered Places, Chisholm Trail Museum

The Chisholm Trail Museum in Kingfisher will host a traveling exhibit entitled Oklahoma’s Endangered Places, courtesy of Preservation Oklahoma, Inc. The exhibit will be on display Wednesday, November 15, through Friday, December 1. It features information about properties and locations from the 2017 list of Oklahoma’s Most Endangered Places as well as the importance of historic preservation today.   Visitors also are encouraged to visit the A. J. Seay Mansion, built in 1892. The historic home is located on the museum grounds and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Please call 405-375-5176 for more information.
