Research Center Lunch & Learn: Those Who Stayed

The OHS Research Center will hold Lunch & Learn Lectures in May, June, July, and August on the last Wednesday of the month. The program for June will be “Those Who Stayed,” presented by William D. Welge, Director of the Office of American Indian Culture and Preservation. The program will explore resources and history of American Indians and tribes who did not travel to Oklahoma through removal but instead remained on their ancestral lands.

Registration is $10 per person and lunch is included. Programs are held in the classrooms of the Oklahoma History Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
