On Friday, March 6, the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center (CSRHC) will host Lantern Tours. After dark, visitors to the CSRHC’s Humphrey Heritage Village will travel back to the early 1900s when the town of Enid was very young and wild. Lantern-led tours through the historic buildings and campsites will explore daily life, its hardships, and its rewards. Following the tour, guests can enjoy historical entertainment and refreshments. Tours begin at 7 p.m. and depart every 15 minutes. Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased by calling 580-237-1907 or online at www.eventbrite.com/e/lantern-tours-tickets-93372422429.
