My sister Nettie Kramer Gates [was] born in the year 1864 at our house between Chrisney and Centerville Indiana on November the 21st day. You will read more of her in the book which is left for you. This picture of her is to be handed to the oldest grandchild or the oldest great grandchild of the descendent of John J. Wetzel and Mary Kramer Wetzel who at present are living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 1301 North Kentucky Street. When this is to be opened in the year 2013 April 22nd day – hope everything will be well preserved.
