Valerie Thompson Russell, daughter of George and Nona Dugger Thompson, was a member of Children of the American Revolution and is now a member of DAR. Valerie and Brian met at Oklahoma State University and both have degrees from OSU as do their daughters, Betsy and Bailey. Betsy and Bailey were both life members of C.A.R.
