Oklahoma's Preservation Conference Scholarship
Twenty (20) scholarships will be awarded on a first-come basis to qualified applicants. The scholarship will cover the registration fee. Travel, lodging, and per diem are not included in the scholarship award. Each student will receive notice about acceptance/rejection of their application within five (5) business days of receipt by the SHPO.
Qualifications for Scholarship Applicants
To qualify for a scholarship to attend Oklahoma's Annual Statewide Preservation Conference, an applicant must:
- Be enrolling as a full-time student (undergraduate or graduate) for the upcoming Fall semester in any Oklahoma college or university.
- Be pursuing a degree in history, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural history, art history, anthropology, archeology, interior design, planning, geography, law or other field closely related to historic preservation.
- Submit the application form to the State Historic Preservation Office by the date listed below.
