Oklahoma's Preservation Conference Scholarship
Twenty (20) scholarships will be awarded on a first-come basis to qualified applicants. The scholarship will cover the $40.00 registration fee. Travel, lodging, and per diem are not included in the scholarship award. Each student will receive notice about acceptance/rejection of their application within five (5) business days of receipt by the SHPO.
Qualifications for Scholarship Applicants
To qualify for a scholarship to attend Oklahoma's Annual Statewide Preservation Conference, an applicant must:
- Be enrolling as a full-time student (undergraduate or graduate) for the upcoming Fall semester in any Oklahoma college or university.
- Be pursuing a degree in history, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural history, art history, anthropology, archeology, interior design, planning, geography, law or other field closely related to historic preservation.
- Submit the application form to the State Historic Preservation Office by the date listed below.
