SUMMARY:Kids Make History
DESCRIPTION:Young visitors are encouraged to learn about history on the third Saturday of each month through fun\, hands-on historic activities during the Kids Make History series at the Fort Towson Historic Site. The research-based programs will include games\, cooking\, historic arts and crafts\, and reenacting skills. \nMonthly programs and special event updates can be found on the Fort Towson Historic Site’s Facebook page or at www.okhistory.org. The Fort Towson Historic Site is located north of U.S. 70 near Fort Towson. \nThis program is provided through a partnership with Oklahoma 4-H and Choctaw and Pushmataha County OSU Extension.\n
