Preserving Your Family Heirlooms, Oklahoma History Center

The Oklahoma Historical Society and Rose State College will offer a class about preserving family heirlooms on March 10, 2017. Learn how to take care of your treasured family photos, documents, books, and quilts, so they can be cherished by future generations for years to come! Librarians and archivists from the OHS will discuss conservation procedures to prevent decay and destruction of textiles, papers, and photographs. They will also demonstrate some techniques that you can do from home to repair damaged items.

This class is 10 am to 4 pm at the Oklahoma History Center. Registration is $39 per person and includes lunch. Register online now through Rose State College.
