DESCRIPTION:On Saturday morning\, March 11\, at 11 a.m. at Circle Cinema in Tulsa\, the Second Saturday Silents film series will feature Tom Mix in The Last Trail (1921). The silent film will be accompanied by Bill Rowland of the American Theater Organ Society (Sooner State Chapter) on Circle’s restored 1928 theater pipe organ. With support from Play Music Tulsa. \nAll tickets to the special showing are FREE courtesy of the Hughes Lumber Company of Tulsa and Dewey! \nThe Last Trail (1927)\, features Tom Mix\, Hollywood’s original cowboy and one-time sheriff of Dewey\, alongside his faithful companion Tony the Wonder Horse. \nThe Tom Mix Museum from Dewey will be showing Tom Mix memorabilia and artifacts belonging to the cowboy star at the showing of The Last Trail (1927) at Circle Cinema for the public to view and enjoy. \nShowtime is at 11 a.m. The historic Circle Cinema is located at 10 South Lewis in Tulsa. \n \n
