Its story spans multiple generations and over a half a million acres. The legacy of the ranch has been written by a colorful cast of characters that includes Dan Waggoner, Quanah Parker, and Teddy Roosevelt.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Bearden is the Chairman of the Wilbarger County Historical Commission and serves as a board member of the Red River Valley Museum.
