Evelyn Huebert Shephard

Evelyn was born 9/6/1930 southwest of Corn to a Mennonite couple, Henry Kliever Huebert and Lillie Flaming Huebert. She graduated from Corn High School in 1948 and Western Oklahoma State Hospital School of Nursing in Clinton in 1951. She worked as a Registered Nurse from 1951 until 2009. She married Murray Doyle Shephard on 9/17/1851 and they farmed and ranched on Barnitz Creek in Custer County. They are the parents of Charlotte Ann, Sandra Jean, Beth Rae, Charles Lee. She is a member of the Arapaho Methodist Church and Sunnyside Club.
