Oklahoma Archives Bazaar, Oklahoma History Center
October 28, 11:00 am–3:00 pm
The OHS Research Center is partnering with the Oklahoma Archivists Association to host an Oklahoma Archives Bazaar. The event will be Saturday, October 28, from 11 am to 3 pm at the Oklahoma History Center. The Oklahoma Archives Bazaar is a free, fun event that is open to the general public and appropriate for all ages. At the center of the event are booths from archives, libraries, and museums across the state showing off their amazing collections and services. Our goal is to raise awareness about the wonderful resources available to students, genealogists, history buffs, and anyone who likes “old stuff.”
The event will feature:
Oral history booth
Presentations by archivists and historians
Admission to the Oklahoma Archives Bazaar is free. The Oklahoma Archivists Association invites archives, libraries, or museums to host a table at the event. Table space is available for free to organizations. Sign up online to host a table.
The Oklahoma Archives Bazaar is organized by the Oklahoma Archivists Association, a group of local professional archivists.
