Caring for Your Family Heirlooms with the OHS Research Center

Join the Oklahoma Historical Society staff for a workshop on preserving your own family collections. Our knowledgeable staff will share tips and best practices for preserving photos, maps, textiles, and scrapbooks. Participants will also learn how to conduct and preserve oral histories. Don’t miss this chance to learn how to care for your precious family mementos. The workshop will cover the tools and supplies available for preserving your treasures for future generations. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day!
The OHS Research Center will hold this workshop on Wednesday, November 4, from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in the classrooms of the Oklahoma History Center. Registration is $45 per person and lunch is included. Pre-registration is required.
