Southeastern Beadwork II class, Oklahoma History Center

On Saturday, November 12, from 10 am to 4:30 pm, the Oklahoma History Center will host a Southeastern Beadwork II class. Participants will learn Southeastern style beadwork from Cherokee National Treasure Martha Berry. Students will begin a traditional bandolier bag in the class, learn different stitches, and tour the American Indian gallery. The class is intended for individuals ages 18 and older. Cost to attend is $150, which includes materials, one-on-one instruction, exhibit tour, and lunch. For more information or to register, please call 405-522-0793 or email education@okhistory.org.
