Order online: submit an order through the online store. To submit an online order you must first set up an account with the online store.
All microfilm orders are custom-made to fill each order. Note that once an order is being processed, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
When you receive your order, please inspect all reels thoroughly. OHS will only replace microfilm that has been duplicated improperly. If you believe you have received an improperly duplicated reel of film, please return it to the OHS Research Division, attention: Newspaper Department. The returned order must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on the invoice. The OHS Research Division reserves the right to make the final judgment on the quality of duplicated film.
