Class/Program Terms and Disclaimers

By registering for an Oklahoma History Center Museum class, program, or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following statements.

I acknowledge that refunds will only be issued if requested at least 12 days prior to the class or program date. Refunds must be requested by emailing education@history.ok.gov. Requests made in advance of 12 days and totaling over $20 will be refunded 100%. Those made within 12 days will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to the Oklahoma History Center (OHC) if the attendee wishes to withdraw from the class or program.

In this event, I understand that I may request acknowledgment of this donation, which may be utilized for tax-deduction purposes, and that my cancelation of a class or program costing less than $20 will not include a refund. 

I acknowledge that the Oklahoma History Center and representatives, not limited to staff, volunteers, or instructors, accept no liability for injury or damage of any nature that may incur while taking part in any class or program at the OHC, and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses that I may incur from my time on OHC premises.

I acknowledge and consent to being photographed while on the OHC premises and that my image may be used in promotional materials at the discretion of OHC staff. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for these images and that they are under the full and unrestricted ownership of the OHC.
