Cast Iron Cooking class, Chisholm Trail Museum**Class is FULL**

Join us at the Chisholm Trail Museum for a Cast Iron Cooking class on Saturday, September 15, 2018, from 11 am to 3 pm. In this fun and casual class, students will learn to care for cast iron cookware and then create a Dutch oven delight of their own in small groups. We will explore historical and modern recipes as we learn how to cook in our backyards with cast iron. All materials are provided for the class. Please dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a lawn chair. The cost for the class is $20 per person or $30 for two people. Registration is required.
