Matt Williams and Lenora Hadley Williams were the parents of Carrie Ellen Williams Dugger. Matt worked in the Bond Valley coal mine and was killed in an explosion January 17, 1945. Matt and Lenora married in 1918 in Dallas, Texas, and were living in Dow Township, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in the 1920 census. Lenora's mother, Margaret Campbell Hadley, was also living with them. Matt and Lenora had four girls, Margaret, Eva, Carrie, and Mary, and two boys, Bill and Glen.
