5. Discussion and possible action regarding the time, date, and location of the Annual Meeting of the Membership - Trait Thompson
6. Annual report to the membership - Trait Thompson
7. Announcements - (Please note that proposed announcements must be sent to President Fisher or Dayna Robinson no later than 48 hours in advance of meeting for inclusion on the agenda.)
8. Public comments - (Prior to the commencement of the meeting, a sign-up sheet will be made available to individuals who want to provide public comment. Commenters will be recognized in the order in which they have signed in. Each individual will be allowed to speak for three (3) minutes.)
