  15. Discussion and possible action to enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) for the purpose of confidential communications between a public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action if the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determines that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. (Case No. CJ-2020-5672)
    1. Vote to enter executive session.
    2. Vote to return to open session.
    3. Possible action on matters discussed in executive session.
  16. Discussion and possible action to enter into Executive Session under 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) for the purpose of discussing the annual performance review for employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or registration of the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Historical Society
    1. Vote to enter executive session
    2. Vote to return to open session
    3. Possible action on matters discussed in executive session

Please note that OHS Board Members must be physically present to participate in the meeting and to count toward quorum.
