Learn About Preserving Personal Artifacts During Workshop at Oklahoma Territorial Museum in Guthrie
GUTHRIE, Okla. — Join the Oklahoma Territorial Museum and Carnegie Library on Saturday, July 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. for a workshop on how to care for your personal artifacts.
Museum curator Erin Brown will show you the best ways to handle and store antique quilts, clothing, books and photos. Find out what the professionals use and learn simple steps you can take at home to protect your family treasures. You won’t need to spend a lot on special materials. Many useful tools are already in your home.
The workshop is limited to 20 people, and the cost is $40 per person. Tickets can be purchased online to secure your spot.

The Oklahoma Territorial Museum and Carnegie Library is a division of the Oklahoma Historical Society.
