“How to Research Your ‘Historic’ Property” webinar

On Monday, May 8, at 1 p.m. (Central Time), the State Historic Preservation Office will host a FREE webinar about “How to Research Your ‘Historic’ Property.”

Historic properties come in all shapes, sizes, styles, and types. In this workshop, learn helpful strategies for researching a variety of property types. Learn about the common sources of information used for property research, including government records, architectural/construction drawings, newspapers, Sanborn Fire Insurance maps, and aerial photographs.
