On Tuesday, August 4, at 7 p.m., The Museum of the Western Prairie will host a program with acclaimed Oklahoma author Constance Squires. She will be discussing her most recent work Low April Sun (University of Oklahoma Press, 2026).
Low April Sun is the first novel to explore the enduring impact of the Oklahoma City bombing. While masterfully weaving a spellbinding mystery, Squires ultimately offers her readers a moving meditation on grief and forgiveness.
