A Victorian-style Christmas experience will return to the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center in Enid with Museum After Dark: Christmas in the Village. The beautifully decorated Humphrey Heritage Village will be full of holiday cheer!

The event will follow the theme of a “Time Traveler’s Holiday.” From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, December 5, you can take a stroll back in time through the Humphrey Heritage Village. As visitors wander through the historic buildings, they will experience how Christmas was celebrated during different decades, ranging from the 1890s to the 1940s and today. Various crafts will be available to make and take home to remember the evening.

As always, the cottage market full of local vendors will be set up on the Village Green for visitors to browse and shop for that special holiday gift. The Village will also be ringing with classic Christmas carols as guests enjoy a warm decade-themed beverage provided by Coffee Inclination of Enid. As always, Santa Claus will be making his annual visit along with so many more activities to enjoy!
