“Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act” webinar

On Wednesday, May 10 at 1 p.m., the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) will offer a FREE webinar as an introduction to, or a refresher of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). Kristina Wyckoff, SHPO Section 106 coordinator and historical archaeologist, will explain the importance of the Section 106 process. Her position as coordinator is to assist people involved in that process in Oklahoma. This presentation will also include guidance for submitting projects for OKSHPO review.
