Tilman Dugger was the father of John Wesley Dugger and the great grandfather of Nona Dugger Thompson. Tilman was born in 1859 in Greene Co.,Tennessee, to John Dugger and Elizabeth Harvey. The family moved to Collin Co., Texas. Tilman married his third wife in Ardmore, Indian Territory, on 18 May 1889. He was living in Durant when a wagon loaded with hay ran over him and he died 5 Aug 1915.
