Raymond David Phillips (1926-2009), son of David V. Phillips and Hazel Fulkerson Phillips, graduated OU in 1948 with BS in Mechanical Engineering. He was an engineer with Conoco & Colonial Pipeline Co. He served in US Navy 1948-1952. He married Celia Joan Morris in 1948. They have 3 children Gary, David, and Joan.
