Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant
Information for Grantees
Reimbursement
The Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant is a reimbursement-based program. Grantees are responsible for paying approved project expenses up front and then submitting a request for reimbursement.
Reimbursement requests may be submitted once per month during the contract period and must be submitted within 90 days of purchase or completed services. Limited exceptions may apply for deposits, installment payments, or services not yet completed. Please note that advance payments to vendors are not eligible for reimbursement.
Grantees should retain all receipts and supporting documentation for any expenses they intend to submit. Final reimbursement will not be processed until the final report has been received.
