The Indian Women's Pocahontas Club (Cherokee) would like to invite you to a very special day at the Will Rogers Birthplace Ranch in Oologah on Saturday, May 20, from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The club will be hosting its annual picnic, which celebrates Cherokee heritage and brings people together for a relaxing afternoon.

Oklahoma Territorial Museum 50th Anniversary Celebration *canceled*
The fundraising dinner and program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Oklahoma Territorial Museum planned for Thursday, November 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Guthrie Depot, has been canceled. The Oklahoma Territorial Museum opened to the public on November 16, 1973. It tells the story of the determined people who laid the foundation for the state of Oklahoma.

Boots, Beer, and BBQ Fundraiser
The Chisholm will hold its annual gala event on September 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. Boots, Beer, and Barbeque will feature live music by the Red Dirt Rangers, BBQ and sides prepared by a working chuck wagon, drinks from an Oklahoma brewery, dancing and more on the lawn. This annual event helps support the museum and its mission. The event is for anyone 21 or older. Tickets are available in advance for $60 per person or $100 for two.…

Sunrise Service and Friends of Pawnee Bill Ranch Easter Breakfast fundraiser
Once again, on Easter Sunday, April 5, the Pawnee Bill Ranch and Museum will host its annual nondenominational sunrise service. The service will begin at approximately 7 a.m. on Blue Hawk Peak, the highest point on the ranch grounds. The Pawnee Ministerial Alliance leads the service and is a community-wide tradition. “A Day in the Northwest” previously scheduled for Saturday, September 5, has been postponed until the spring of 2027. Blending local history with teamwork, competition, and hands-on fun, “A Day in the Northwest” will send teams on an Amazing Race-inspired journey across the Heritage Center grounds. Participants will travel from stop to stop, completing unique challenges that celebrate the past, present, and future of northwest Oklahoma.
